Especially in large organizations, automation development is guided by a Center of Excellence (CoE). The CoE often oversees the company's automation projects, serving multiple business units in their automation needs. Over the years, many automation initiatives led by the CoE have been built, emphasizing the importance of automation development management. We assist organizations in modeling and optimizing the 'from idea to production' model in automation development.

We find ourselves in a situation where the largest processes have already been automated, but there remains a long list of smaller, less business-critical tasks for which traditional RPA automation may not be justified. For this purpose, many companies, guided by a Center of Excellence, have started to enhance automation skills within business units. Business users are guided in the use of low-code tools, enabling them to autonomously automate routine tasks while improving the meaningfulness and significance of their work. We assist in initiating citizen development by creating a citizen development strategy and management model with extensive experience in multiple projects.
